If you type Arctic Roll into Google for a recipe they all sound different This is what they look like They are a bit hard to source in the UK now but in the 70's, they sold out as soon as they were put in the shop fridge Yet for some reason they were cutback in production at Birdseye and almost forgotten. They now are being made by other Ice cream firms. Only variation is the choice of jam (jello ) to spread on the sponge. Raspberry is the usual choice, but worth experimenting Enjoy +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 07-28-06, 04:23 PM Pace~Ace They kind of look like a jelly roll cake. I bet they are good...Smile
