This makes an excellent dessert even without the bananas, just add a little more whipped topping, or you could add a few jello jigglers to substitute.

JELLO GELATIN JIGGLERS

2 family-size (8 serving size) pkgs. or 4 sm. pkgs. Jello Brand Gelatin (strawberry banana)
2 1/2 c. boiling water or apple juice
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water or juice. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. To unmold: dip pan in warm water about 15 seconds. Cut into squares or use cookie cutters. Lift from pan. JIGGLERS, THEY'RE A HANDFUL OF FUN!!

Love jigglers too, so does my Lucy Kitty!!

You can also substitute the bananas with peaches, strawberries, etc....pineapple tid bits or crushed pineapple is super good too...just be sure to drain it REALLY well!
