PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
16 oz cream cheese
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbs chopped peanuts
1/4 cup honey
1 graham cracker crust

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crust and chopped peanuts. Blend until very smooth. Pour into Krummy Krust and top with chopped peanuts. Chill 3 hours before serving.

Who ever would've thought you'd be putting peanut butter on your pasta! Well, guess what...if you don't tell anyone, they won't know. This is a true gourmet topping for pasta. It's real easy to prepare and your friends will be amazed at how delicious it is. They'll be even more amzed when you tell them that there's peanut butter in it!

Yummy...angela-wangela...I LOVE peanut butter and my dad's girl friend is a PB-aholic...will definitely make this!!!

About the pasta topping....do you just throw PB on top or is there a recipe? Thanks!!! Smile
