Hi, I'm looking for a cheesecake recipe to match that sold (until recently) by Red Lobster restaurants. This cake has the regular cream cheese bottom, but the top layer is much softer, almost like a mousse. It was absolutely delicious! Does anyone know how to make that?
This is one of the few things my 84-year-old neighbor thin as a curtain rod will eat.
