3 cups milk 2 eggs ½ cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp nutmeg 2½ cups cubed bread ½ cup raisins
Place all ingredients except raisins and bread in the blender. Pulse about 1 minute. Place bread in a lightly greased 1½ quart cassarole dish, and spread out. Sprinkle all raisins on top of the bread. Add the mixture from the blender. Place cassarole dish in a larger pan with about 1½ inches of water in it. Place whole thing in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min. Stir well but carefully. Bake an additional 25-30 min.
