2 Tbsp canola oil 2 Tbsp broun sugar 2 TBSP lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 apples, cored and cut into 1" pieces 2 pears, cored and cut into 1" piecess 2 peaches, nectarines, or plums, pitted and cut into 1" pieces 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1" pieces 4 slices pineapple (fresh or canned) cut into chunks
In a small bowl, stir together oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon until sugar is dissolved. Thread fruit alternately onto 8 skewers. Brush kebabs with oil/sugar mixture and place skewers on the grill.
Turn frequently until fruit starts to brown, 6 to 8 minutes
