Don't be fooled by the name. These are so wonderfully tasty. I lost the recipe about 7 years ago and just found it and thought I'd share (and they are only 100 calories a serving! )
1 C. Buttermilk 1 Lg. egg 1/2 C. wheat bran 3/4 C. whole wheat pastry flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. sugar
Mix milk and egg together, then add dry ingrediants. Stir with a wire whisk, jusdt until mixed. Cook as you would traditional pancakes. Enjoy!
