Does anyone have a quick and easy dessert recipe using cool whip? I have a dinner to go to tomorrow and would like to make a dessert with cool whip. ___________________________ 06-10-02, 01:36 PM Lydia Don't know if I'm too late with this or not.....but here is a VERY easy and yummy one..... has no name (haven't named it yet!!).
2 boxes of instant pudding (I usually use vanilla, white chocolate or banana). Milk for the pudding mix (whatever it calls for for making a pie recipe). fruit of your choice (I like to use strawberries and bananas or whatever berry is in season).
Once you make the instant pudding, mix in the cool whip (use a hand mixer at low speed) directly into the pudding. You can use either a large clear glass bowl or individual dessert dishes. Simply layer the fruit and the pudding/cool whip into the bowl or dishes - a layer of fruit, a layer of the pudding mix, a layer of fruit, etc..... It's SO simple and SO light and delicious...

With cream cheese in mixer add one cup of cool whip and one cup of marshmellow cream at a time. I start with a cup of the cool whip and marshmellows. Then I just mix to taste. You might like more of a cream cheese taste, or more of a marshmellow taste. It's a simple recipe! Have fun with it!
