1 graham cracker crust
1 pkg. Instant Pistachio pudding mix
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup light Rum
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix and milk. Add ice cream, Rum and cool whip. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Top with shaved chocolate or nuts.

Freeze until firm
