24 oz cream cheese 12 oz sour cream 2 Tbsp corn starch 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 3Tbsp lemon juice 4 whole eggs
Use all ingredients at room temperature! Cream everything together until very smooth. Pour into a 14 inch springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Let come to room temperature before removing from the pan. Chill and serve. Very good served with fresh fruit or store bought pie fillings.
serves 12 ++++++++++++++++ 11-13-03, 04:48 PM Di This is always our desert after Christmas dinner. I make it with a graham cracker crust and top it with a blackberry sauce made with frozen blackberries, sugar and cornstarch. Any sauce left over can be used as preserves.
