Although fully armed and staffed, this US fort never had occasion to fire upon an enemy.Can you name it?

Excuse me, but I think you left one out....
Fort Jefferson, at the very end of the Florida Keys was never fired upon....

While not a 19th Century fort, Ft, Leonard Wood in Missouri, established in 1940, hasn't seen any enemy action. I suspect that there are others.
