Frederick Fleet. He was on the last half hour of his watch when he spotted the iceberg.
He was survived and was on lifeboat #6

Correct!
Frederick Fleet died on January 10th, 1965 after taking his own life. He had been suffering from depression after his wife's death two weeks before.
