Also the only one known to have his actual swearing in at about midnight or so, because the stars were "right." The scary part is we elected this man twice !

When he took office, the nationl debt was $1 trillion. That was the accumulated national debt from Andrew Jackson through Jimmy Carter. After 8 years of Reagan and 4 years of George H.W. Bush, the national debt rose to $4 trillion.
