I finally found where the store it hiding tofu! I noticed that they sell it in soft, medium, and hard. Why? Any tried and true tofu dishes appreciated. It can go in just about any Asian recipe, too.
The best that I've had was firm tofu, drained thoroughly, then marinated for 10 minutes in Worchestershire sauce and grilled. It was served with sauteed veggies and grilled Portabella caps. Very, very good.
