I do not have an exact recipe and mine varies every time. I will usually fry some onions and then add cabbage and maccaroni near the end. I spice it up with salt, garlic, and oil. I would say add the ingredients based on taste.

1 head cabbage, chopped
12 ounces bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
granulated garlic or garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 red bell pepper, diced small
dash Worcestershire sauce

Fry bacon to a crisp and set aside to drain on paper towel. Add onion, pepper, and cabbage to the bacon drippings. Saute until soft. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with garlic generously. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Crumbled bacon and sprinkle over cabbage mixture. Serve.
