Cheesy Oven Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients:

1 kg. Bag Hash Browns
500 ml. Sour Cream
2 Cups Shredded Old Cheddar
2 Medium Onions, diced
2 Cans Creamed Soup (mushroom, celery or chicken

Method:

Mix together the sour cream, cheese, onions and soup. Add salt and pepper and hash browns.
Put in a 9” x 13” pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 F for 1-½ hours.

May be baked for 1 hour and then frozen. Remove from freezer and bake 1 hour at 350 F
