This is a great dish my mom fixes all the time on special holidays and it is so good. Maybe you guys already know it but here it is anyway.
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 can regular corn
1 box yellow jiffy mix cornbread
spray the bottom of a 11x13 pan, put both cans corn in , the sour cream, butter (melted),and the eggs (beaten), mix well, then add the jiffy corn bread mix and mix it in well also. Bake for about 60 minutes on 350 until done it will get golden on top. This is a great holiday dish easy to fix and all in one pan.
