Posted Randy Bachman's Vinyl Tap Two hours of music and stories from one of Canada’s musical legends. Playing with The Guess Who, Bachman Turner Overdrive and as a solo act, Randy Bachman has provided a veritable soundtrack to the last thirty years of popular music. Now he's come to CBC Radio to play his favourite songs and tell stories from his life on the road and in the studio. Randy Bachman’s Vinyl Tap, with host Randy Bachman. Saturdays at 7 p.m. Ottawa Time (8 p.m. AT, 8:30 p.m. NT) on CBC Radio One. There is also a replay on Friday evening. I'll try to get a link and time for that, too. This is really an interesting program. I've been listening to it when I can, thanks to dg, who first showed it to me. Posted Hide Post Oh WOW ! Thank you, DG. This is one of my favourite radio shows and I posted about it some time ago. The guy is an absolute wealth of information. Someone told me he and his wife record the show from their home in BC, and it certainly has a very intimate, relaxed feel about it. I was recommending it to Colin in Paris, a while back, and have since found this link. however I am not sure that it works outside Canada.
