I caught a recording on television last night of a live concert by "The Highwaymen". Marvellous. Which of their albums would you recommend I get hold of? Many thanks.

The Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson Highwaymen? If so, get their "Highwayman" album from '85. If you mean the 60's folk band The Highwaymen... I have no idea what to recommend.

If you mean teh folk group of teh 60s who sang "Michael (Row Your Boat Ashore)", try here. Amazon has some of their albums, too.

Thanks to both of you for your replies. It was indeed the Cash, Kristofferson, Jennings and Nelson combination I saw, and am taking the advice and ordering "Highwayman", which is available on Amazon. (Someone there seemed doubtful about the triple compilation that's been released so I thought I'd ask here.)
As for the "Michael Row the Boat Ashore" group -gosh - I remember hearing that on the radio when I was very young! Memories. Thanks to you both.

I would suggest the album "Highwaymen 2", just because of the song "Silver Stallion"
