I'm planning on making some sugar cookies soon, and I really need a simple frosting recipe. See, my Mom always just dumped everything together and mixed it around and she always had perfect frosting every time, but I just can't do that. Either mine turns out lumpy or it's too runny. Ugh. And then when I try to fix the problem, I create a new mess. It is BAD! My Mom always used Powdered Sugar, Milk, and Margerine. I think. Does this sound familiar? Does anyone have a really simple frosting recipe that usually frosts about two dozen sugar cookies?
