u can make ice cream cupcakes
this is easy you can get cones(for ice creams of course)and pour cupcake mix in them, then you bake it, and then u can put icing and sprinkles.this would be perfect for birthday parties or any holiday just change the color of icing or use decorative sprinkles(hearts for valentines day ,etc)

I have made santa cupcakes for my kids before. The sugar ice cream cones go on top of a white frosted cupcake. I use red and white colored frosting for decorating the hat and beard. I also used small candies for the eyes nose and mouth.
I can't quite remember how it all went together but they turned out really nice.
