My Nana's Egg Custard

4 whole eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of evaporated milk

Beat all ingredients on high until frothy. Pour into 6 custard cups. Set all cups in an oblong baking pan with one inch of water in it. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until the custard "sets"
