1 cup butter
6 1 oz squares of semi sweet chcolat
1 cup coconut
1 & 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup salted chopped peanuts
2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla


Microwave 3/4 cup of the butter and 2 oz of the chocolate until melted, stirring every 30 sec. (usually takes 1-2 minutes total) now stir in all the graham crumbs peanuts and coconut until blended, press into bottom of a 13x9 in baking pan and chill for 1 hour.

Mix cream cheese sugar and vanilla until well blended. Spread over graham crust evenly and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Microwave remaining chocolate, butter until melted (1-2 min) stirring every 30 sec. Spread over cream cheese layer and chill at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.

Store in frige....Makes about 4 dozen
