2/3 cup butter
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons rum (or 1 tsp of any extract)
2 1/2 cup finely crushed nilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped pecans 1 cup flaked coconut

In large bowl combine melted butter honey and rum, stir in nilla wafers and pecans until well blended.

Shape into balls using well rounded teaspoonful, roll each ball in coconut.

Note: when using extract if dough is too dry add a tiny bit of water. makes 4 dozen balls
