2 cups of packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter/marg. softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 & 1/2 cups of Bisquick/baing mix
3 cups of oats
1 12 oz. pkg. of semi sweet choc. chips
1 cup of condensed milk
2 tbsps butter/marg
1 cup nuts chopped
2 tsp vanilla

heat oven to 350 and grease a jelly roll pan. Mix brown sugar, 3/4 cup of butter, eggs and 2 tsp vanilla, stir in the oats. Heat chocolate chips, condensed milk, 2 tbsp butter in a 2 qt. sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth, stir in nuts and 2 tsp vanilla. Press abut 2/3 of oat mix in pan (may have to grease hands, very sticky) spread choc. mixture over oat layer. Drop remaining oats by tbsp's ontop. Bake until golden brown about 30-40 min. Cool and cut into bars!!!! YUM!!!
