Crazy Cake, recipe courtesy of kittypal

3 cups sifted flour
6 tbsp cocoa
2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp vinegar
12 tbsp oil
2 cups of cold water

mix dry ingredients well using fork in the pan you are baking it in (9x13) level out in pan and then make one large dent and two small dents. In the 1 small dent put the vanilla, put vinegar in other small dent. In the large dent put oil . Add water and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
