1 c. butter 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
Blend butter and Ricotta, add sugar and eggs beat until creamy, add vanilla then dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and ice with cream cheese icing
