Cut butter into flour and sugar. This mixture will look like coarse crumbs... Press this mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes and let cool.
1ST LAYER:
2-8 oz packages of cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 container of cool whip
Beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in vanilla and Cool Whip. Spread on the cooled crumb crust.
Mix each pudding with 1/2 of the milk until thickened. Fold two puddings together until they have a marbled effect, Spread this mixture over first layer.
3RD LAYER:
1 can cherry pie filling, spread this over second layer
4TH LAYER:
1 container Cool Whip 12 chocolate cookies (crushed)
Spread Cool Whip over 3rd layer. Sprinkle with crushed wafers. Refrigerate until served.
