Stan, Sagus and I made the Lemon Thins recipe you posted.. they were good.. I did triple the lemon extract and it turned out very well. My youngest son is eating them like popcorn. They are tasty, but a bit more work than I want to do on an ordinary day. I would make them for holidays however. wink Thanks for sharing.

They are kind of both.. very strange.. you take a bit and it crisps but as you chew it is has a "body" to it if you know what I mean..
