3 cups biscuit mix 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 stick butter, cut into slices 1 cup milk 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling 2 TBSP light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together biscuit mix, oats, 2/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in milk until moisstened. Fold in apple pie filling, and spoon into a lightly greased 9"X13" baking pan. Sprinkle with 2 TBSP brown sugar.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until golden. Cut into squares when cooled.
