I found this recipe in one of my TOH magazines. It is so-o-o good.

Almond Eggnog Pound Cake

6 Tbs Butter, divided
2/3 C. sliced almonds
1-18 1/4 oz yellow cake mix
1 1/2 C. eggnog
2 eggs
1 tsp. rum extract
1/8 tsp. nutmeg(can't beat freshly grated)

Grease a 10" fluted tube pan with 2tbs. butter. Press almonds onto bottom and sides of pan; set aside. Melt remaining butter. In a large mixing bowl, beat the caked mix, eggnog, eggs, rum extract, rum extract, nutmeg and melted butter on low speed for 30 seconds or just until moistened. Beat on Med. for 2 mins. or until smooth. Pour into preped pan.

Bake 350 for 40-50 min. or until test done with toothpick. Cool in pan 15 mins. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
