1&1/2 lbs. Milk Chocolate
1/2 pint of whipping cream
Chopped nuts (if desired)
Powdered sugar
Semi-sweet choc (if desired)

Melt chocolate over low heat, in double boiler or microwave, beat cream until super stiff and add to cooled chocolate fold in until completely blended. Place in refridgerator for at least two hours, when stiff spoon off bite size bits and roll into balls. Then roll in nuts and powdered sugar or melt the semi-sweet chocolate and dip bon bons in. If dipped in choc, let sit until firmed up to serve. Store bon bons in fridge in a covered container.
