Chocolate Ramen Cookie

3 packages Ramen noodles, broken up into small pieces (save flavor packets for another use)

1 bag chocolate chips or any type of chocolate

2 tsp butter
~~~~~~~~~~
Brown Ramen in a skillet using butter until lightly brown

Melt chocolate in microwave or in double broiler.

Mix the browned noodles into the melted chocolate.

Spoon out coated pieces of Ramen onto wax paper and let set for 20 minutes. Let cool. Store in airtight container

Well, if you want it up to Canadian cuisine standards, I suppose you could add some beaver squeezins.

If you use the Oriental flavor, you can save the packet for a stir fry. If you use the shrinp flavor, save the packet for a seafood salad or a soup or stew.
