This is mostly for the girls, since i'm talking about legs here. So ladies, how do you remove the hair from ur legs? Do you shave, wax or other? What sort of products have you tried? I've tried Nair, which i find works quite well except that it's just like shaving since the hair grows back at the same rate. There are lots of different products out there. Care to share any experiences whether good or bad, about those you've tried?

WEll I just use the old fashion method of shaving. My hair is too thick and coarse for waxing to work effectively. And cold wax strips do absolutely nothing. Nair was not strong enough to disolve the hair and was too messy. There is one other thing I have used that amazingly enough worked! It was those papers you can buy to rub against your skin to remove hair. It's nothing more that glorified sand paper if you ask me. But not only did it get rid of hair but also the top layer of dry skin! You can buy them at drug stores and such - it will be over in the cosmetics and shaving area.

Geo, how long before the hair grew back when you used this "sandpaper" stuff?

The results last a little bit longer than shaving and the hair is not as coarse when it grows back. And legs are smoother with this method than with a razor. But I would suggest using it if you have delicate skin!
