It might not be so much the product you are using as it is the styling method you are using. If your hair is fluffy (do you mean frizzy?) then it has retained moisture causing the hair shaft to expand and the hair cuticle to not lay smooth. Before styling you should coat your hair with some form of silicone. This seals the hair shaft and prevents excess moisture from coming into the hair. I use Zero Frizz Extra Strength Hair Serum and lately have started using a new product which works miracles - Paul Brown Hawaii - Stay Straight Smoothing Balm. Then you should dry using the cool setting on your blow dryer. While a hot setting does dry the hair quicker it also damages the hair follicles by breaking apart the peptide bonds which makes up the Keratin protein found in hair. A cool setting will prevent this damage, keep the hair cuticle smooth which will reduce the amount of moisture your hair absorbs ultimately reducing the "fluff"
