I was just wondering, on average, what do you think was the biggest problem when you and your freinds were in college. *********************************************************** 10-01-03, 05:18 PM Kwll Not sure if you are asking as a student problem in general or as personal. I think the biggest was drinking and driving for students and personally it was trying to work and go to school at the same time.

Then, later, it was having 2 disabled babies DURING my college training! Eek

11-21-03, 09:20 PM samantha Mine was my studies were so hard and I had a very very hard time staying focused.I made it with alot of help from my dad and brothers. I lived at home not at the dorm which was so much better for me.
11-27-03, 10:34 AM Jelp01 Mine was that I didn't have very good study habits. I didn't study too hard in high school; I didn't have to. And that worked well enough to graduate 2nd in my class. But in college, I didn't have too good of study habits or organizational skills. Consequently, I had a hard time. I did graduate from college with a solid B average, so I must have done something right.
12-28-03, 12:35 AM Elexina Balance. The hardest thing was learning to balance my studies and my parties. Now, college is definitely about learning, but it is also a time to let your hair down a bit and have a little fun. The important thing, though, is to be able to balance the fun with the seriousness. How? Set goals and priorities. Always leave enough time to study and get your work done. Make lists, keep a calendar, whatever you have to do. But don't let your whole life be studies. Join clubs, join student government, get out there and get involved! Be a part of your school! ...But then, those things must be balanced as well. Just determine what is most important to you, and allow everything else to fill in the blanks.

02-05-05, 05:41 AM MommyTimesTwo Paying tuition. Two full time jobs, one part time job paid for: rent, food, car, car insurance, clothing, sundries, medical insurance, tuition, books, supplies, etc, etc... .
No financial aid from the government nor my parents.
This time around, the hardest part is getting my work done with my kids around and needing attention.
