It provides a standard measure of acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools can use as one of several factors in assessing applicants. Sorry this is such a late post. The US News and World Report publishes its ranking of law schools based on a 4 tier system. http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/lawindex.htm This site also boasts a list of 183 law schools. Of course, such rankings should also be taken with a grain of salt. However, it is a good starting point. (Northwestern is ranked #11)
