I just had an ultrasound and prenatal visit today. As most of you know, I am an extremely high risk pregnancy and everyone is watching me like a hawk.
There are more indicators of problems (early indicators of gestational diabetes and pre-eclmaptic issues), but Jaden is thriving and doing extremely well. She is actually maturing at a 28 week level which now means she has a 95% surivival rate IF she has to be born right now.
My doctor has already said that he hopes I make it to 32 weeks, but if and when I reach 36 weeks, I will be having the baby then regardless of how the pregnancy is going.
As I am such a bad risk and have had extremely dicey C-Sections before he doesn't want to take a chance beyond that.
I am 2 points below the diagnosis of "Gestational Diabetes", and my blood pressures are creaping up a tiny bit, but so far things are very stable.
I had to take ANOTHER GLucose Tolerance test today and once again I am very sick after having done it.
Anyway, for those interested, thats the scoop.
Here is Jaden, BTW. This was taken today. She is laying face up on her back.
