What does it mean when your basel temperature is low? I have been keeping track of mine for about 2 months for the fertility doctor and I have to add numbers at the bottom of the chart because they are not on the scale.

Some people just normally have lower average temperatures than other people. Here is a site that gives faq you might find helpful. You can combine the BBT charting with a chart monitoring your vaginal mucus for better accuracy. I hope this information helps.
