Well I haven't called my doctor yet because this started saturday and she isnt open till 9:30 am
but I will. I just want to know if I have a reason to call her or if it is normal to feel this way.
I cant tell if it is a UTI.
Well my lower back hurts and the urge to urinate isnt that bad it is wierd because I was getting up every two hours at night, now it is not that often and I dont have to go I just make myself.
I have a slight urge but not the urge like I was having. I am 14 weeks pregnant now, does the urge stop after a while or is this not normal? I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I have 1 cyst on each of my ovaries which caused major cramps for a whole month when I first got
pregnant thank god they are gone. Thank you

It could be a UTI, which can be common (as can yeast infections) during pregnancy. Or, it could just be your body chemistry adjusting to another stage of pregnancy...
But, you said you are going to call your doctor so he or she should be able to give you all of the answers you need.

Your bladder isn't often affected by the uterus (by being compressed) until later in the pregnancy. Hormones could be causing the urge.. but that doesn't sound like it to me. It very well could be a UTI.. are you having pain and burning as well? Is your urine cloudy or very strong in odor? You should definitely get seen, as you may have an infection (as you already indicated you were anyway). Good Luck on your pregnancy.. you are welcome to ask as many questions as you want in these forums, we welcome your imput.
