Ok I am already overweight and I am 11 weeks pregnant now I do not have diabeties yet. I am hungry every two hours though what should I be staying away from to not get it? What should I be eating? Basically I have been eating cereal twice and soup and bagels and then dinner. I really dont want to get it. I am going to stay away from the sweets. Any advice, thank you. I am a very picky eater also.
