I've got some small tadpoles in a can with water. I'm not sure what they eat though -can anyone tell me? Razz
I think they have been eating tiny insects from the water(which i get from a lake) I've also got dragonfly larva in the same jar. What does it eat? And can a dragonfly larva and tadpoles live in the same jar(the jar is big)? How long will it take until the frogs have all 4 legs?

In the wild tadpoles eat algae.
You can feed your tadpoles goldfish food, crushed rabbit pellets, bits of boiled spinach or lettuce and crushed egg yolk flakes.
