There are no poisonous frogs, unless one counts the poison dart (arrow) frogs of Centeral America. There is a poisonous toad that was introduced into southern Florida called the Marine Toad (Bufo marinus), which excretes poison through its skin that may be leathel. The Colorado River Toad (B. alvarius) does the same, and like the Marine toad, it has been responsible for the deaths of cats and dogs. These are not poisonous to the touch, as such, but if the poison is transfered to the mouth or eyes inflamation will likely occur.
