I posted about tree frogs before. Actually they're not tree frogs, they don't have the pads. They went back to normal size. I fed them a couple nights ago and today when I went to put water in there, I found something weird. My three legged frog is really fat, and has white stuff, like a milky substance, on both sides, near his head. He can't move. What is the white stuff, and what's wrong with him?

Toads have glands that contain a white sticky substance that is intended to turn away predators from biting the toad.
