Sea hearts (Entada phaseoloides and Entada gigas) are not listed as poisonous. Historically, in Norway a bitter tea was made from them to relieve pain during childbirth, and in England they were used as teething rings. They are also sometimes used by herbalists.
That "bitter tea" doesn't sound too appetising, so I'm not surprised that they are more commonly used as jewellery!

You are correct, coldfuse. That is why I checked to see if sea hearts were listed as poisonous. They aren't.
