The image you linked to looks like the Crested Cockscomb


Cockscomb is an annual plant which thrives in the South. There are 2 types of cockscomb, the crested (Celosia cristata) and the plumed. It can be red, pink, orange, yellow, or variegated. Requires full sun and can be easily propagated form seed collected in the fall ind sown in late spring.
