Christmas Cranberry Mold

1 pound can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup boiling water
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped walnuts
3 oz. pkg red fruit flavored gelatin
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 apple, peeled and diced

Heat cranberry sauce and set aside. Disolve gelatin in hot water. Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until thick enough to mound slightly when dropped from a spoon. Stir in mayonnaise. Fold in cranberries, apples, and nuts. Place in mold and chill.
