Pleas help me I am stuck on this problem.

x^2=7x
x^2-7x=0
(x+7)(x-7) I got this far with help.
{x= 0, 7} This is the answer in the book, but I am not sure how they got is. Pleas tell me what I am doing wrong.

I hope you didn't pay attention to my earlier answer. Another, younger and smarter enthusiast points out that it was wrong, and I agree and apologize. It appears that your factoring is wrong, the correct factoring of X^2-7x should be
x(x-7) which yields the result that either x=0 or x=7 as the book said.
