Can somebody please help me???

What are some divisibility rules for numbers written in base nine? For example, 2,3,4,5,6,8, and 10base nine. And why do these rules work? Also what are the divisibility rules for base ten? Which bases would 7 have a nice divisibility rule?

A nonary number is divisible by two, four or eight, if the sum of its digits are also divisible by two, four or eight respectively.
