Sagus and I are looking to build an underground home that we will live permanently in.. so it needs to be elderly and disabled accessible (no stairs and reasonable width doors).

We primarily want 1 large room with the kitchen/dining/livingroom and then 1 master suite (dressing/sleeping/bath/lounging room) and 1 small mother-in-law suite. 1 extra bathroom.

Does this sound like a very expensive prospect?
